- Excited at the prospect of a manufactured green home for the masses, I've been blogging the Clayton i-house since Oct. 2008. I'm not employed by Clayton, just interested in everything about this first affordable, and widely available manufactured green house. My other interests include sustainable housing, the Solar Decathlon, and trailers in general. Beautiful house! I love the modern look; the fact that it is relatively small; and the green features. Oh yeah, and the roof deck is pretty cool too. Wish it was readily available in my neck of the woods.
